Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Sunday presented Staff of Office and Instrument of Appointment to Oba Olufolarin Olukayode Ogunsanwo, the Alara of Ilara in Eredo Local Council Development Area (LCDA) of the State.

Speaking during the presentation of Staff of Office and Instrument of Appointment to Oba Ogunsanwo at his palace in Ilara, Governor Sanwo-Olu reiterated his administration’s commitment to the fulfilment of his promise to spread infrastructure to all parts of Lagos State including Epe Division.

The Governor said royal fathers are indispensable partners of government due to the roles they play as agents of development, promoters of peace and peaceful coexistence among all people and residents within their domain.

He said Lagos State Government will continue to collaborate with traditional rulers in the State and ensure that their welfare is accorded the attention it deserves.

On August 17, 2020,former head of state of Nigeria, Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida will clock 79. Babangida's regime brings back memories of SAP (Structural Adjustment Program), SFEM(Second-Tier Foreign Exchange Market), MAMSER(Mass Mobilization for Self Reliance, Social Justice, and Economic Recovery) , June 12, Better life program by his late wife, Gideon Orkar/Ogboru coup and so much that happened in his 8 years rule.
Some of his great achievements include completion of the 3rd mainland bridge and creation of states like The states are: Katsina and Akwa Ibom created September 23, 1987, and Abia, Delta, Enugu, Jigawa, Kebbi, Osun, Kogi, Taraba and Yobe – all of which were created on August 27, 1991. At the very least, those states can never forget IBB.

A video making the rounds on social media has captured the moment a sex worker attacked a man and his girlfriend at a mall.

In the video, a lady attacked the man and his girlfriend while they were shopping at the mall, claiming that he had sex with her and refused to pay.

The girlfriend tried to calm the situation as she pleaded with the sex worker to calm down so they can settle the issue amicably.

However, the story changed after her boyfriend brought out a ring and went down on his knees to propose to her.

According to Kwara First Lady- The Lady With Blue Eyes Wants To Reconcile With Her Husband

The first lady of Kwara state, Dr. Olufolake Abdulrazaq, this morning disclosed that Risikat Azeez, the Kwara woman who went viral because of her and her daughters' blue eyes, has asked to be reunited with her husband, Wasiu Omo-Dada.
Mrs Abdulrasaq who was one of the first to offer a helping hand to Risikat and her children, disclosed this in an interview with TVC this morning.

''A lot of people have come on board, not just myself. I think the whole of Kwara is very happy with the story and with how things are turning out for Riskat and her children. I know you are probably aware that her husband has also come out now and he has come to our office and we have had a conversation with him and Risikat herself has said she wants to be reunited with him.'' the first lady said

Recall that Riskiat went viral a few weeks ago after a Twitter user shared her story online. Risikat in an interview said her husband walked out on her and their daughters because of their blue-eyes.

The husband however granted an interview a few days ago where he denied abandoning them because of the color of their eyes. He said he loves his wife and children and that he had no problem with the color of her eyes. According to him, things turned sour in their marriage after Risikat became ''wayward'' and wasn't ''submissive'' to him.
