Remember the Girl In The Babcock Sextape? She Has Been Offered International Scholarship To Study Abroad

The female student of Babcock University who went viral last year after appearing in a sex tape, has been offered an international scholarship.

If you recall, the student was expelled by the managemnet of the school after a video showing her and an ex-student of the school having sex surfaced on the internet.

According to a Nigerian medical doctor, Dr Ola Brown who took interest in the case after her expulsion from Babcock University, her scholarship in a foreign country has been fully paid.

He took to Twitter to break the news, which served as a follow up to an update he made on the student in June.

He wrote:


Just made her scholarship payment. She will be travelling out to study in the next few months. Future head of the IMF/World Bank loading by God's grace https://twitter.com/NaijaFlyingDr/status/1288414808157683712?s=19

In the previous month, Dr Ola had written on the progress the lady has been making since some Nigerians came to her rescue. He disclosed that since her expulsion from the school, she has improved drastically, both academically and psychologically.

Self-taught artist

Chiamonwu has been an artist for the past five years. She first started by drawing cartoons, but soon realized she wasn’t very good at it. – To learn more about the genre, I saw many tutorials which really intrigued me. I began to practice and today I would say that I’m very good at it, and I’m completely self-taught. If you are fascinated and dedicated you can come a long way towards pursuing, building and developing a talent, says Chiamonwu Joy. 

Since then, Chiamonwu has had a handful commercial assignments, such as being part of an exhibition called “Insanity” in Lagos in 2016. She has also been interviewed by TV stations, newspapers and magazines all around the world after her artwork went viral on Twitter about a year ago.

Columbia Records United Kingdom made this known on its official Instagram. The 17-track album was released on November 22, 2019, through Davido Music Worldwide (DMW), RCA Records and Sony Music.

5 Egyptian Girls Sentenced To Two Years Imprisonment For Twerking On TIK-TOK

The prosecution statement named two of the defendants 20-year-old student Haneen Hossam and 22-year-old Mawada Eladhm and said the other three helped run their social media accounts.
