I SPOKE WITH MY DAUGHTER AT 1 PM AND BY 5 PM, SHE WAS ALREADY IN THE MORTUARY

“Just yesterday (July 14) at about 1 p.m., I called her because she just came back from an operation against the bandits in Katsina."

“They gave them one week to rest and so she was sleeping and told me she was in bed resting, she said she will later go out to make some photocopies."

“I told her not to be long and to return home on time because she was staying with my first daughter in Kaduna."

“Around 5.30 p.m, somebody called me and asked if I had called her today and I said yes, then the person told me to call her which I did, but no response."

“So, I called her colleagues, and they were all crying on phone, I asked what happened, they were just crying, so I called one of her bosses who told me that she is in the mortuary."

” I said ha!, Somebody I spoke with 4 hours ago and by 5 p.m. she was in the mortuary,” he explained."

"I had to drive from Abuja to Lokoja to break the sad news to her mother. This is to enable me inform her mother physically because I could not brake such news on phone, but when I came she had gone to the prayer mountain."

”She came back around 8.30 p.m, I told her this is what I heard but that I had not confirmed."

”Right from day one, she had been very very intelligent, sometimes, I wonder what type of IQ she had."

”She also combined intelligence with hard-work. She has not just been brilliant but wonderful."

"Tolulope did all her schooling in Kaduna from kindergarten to nursery at the Airforce Base and Nigeria Defence Academy, Kaduna."

” One day when she was very small, she pointed to one small aircraft parked on the field and said, Dad, one day I am going to fly that aircraft and I said Amen."

”So from that day, she started working towards that, she got admission to the Nigerian Defence Academy, Kaduna, she had a Bachelor degree in Mathematics, she became an Airforce Cadet, from there, she was sent on several courses abroad and became a pilot."

” I just thank God that she was able to achieve her life dream as a baby before her death."

The late Flight Officer, who died as a result of a motor accident at the age of 25, hailed from Ijumu Local Government, Kogi State.

She was standing by the roadside at Kawo area of Kaduna when a former secondary school classmate sighted her and applied the brake.
The female old school mate was reversing her vehicle to enable her properly greet her when she mistakenly knocked her down.
The late Arotile died from the head injury she sustained from the accident.

"There have been several visits from her bosses from all over the country, including here in Lokoja, Abuja, Kaduna, Enugu and everywhere."

“The support have been overwhelming, they even gave a token and other promises."

“They have even promised to give a choice of where to bury her, but her commandant suggested that she should be buried at the National Cemetery, Abuja, due to the feat she achieved as the first female combatant helicopter pilot in Nigeria."

Man Attempts To Kill His Wife In Anambra

A man has been accused of attempting to kill his wife and stepdaughters in Anambra after he allegedly inflict serious bodily harm on them. 

The man, identified as Iwuchukwu Anajemba Samson, from Mbaukwu, Awka South Local Government Area of the state reportedly assaulted, maimed, and attempted killing his wife alongside his step daughters.

The incident according to information gathered by IGBERE TV happened at Alex Anajemba Street Akabo Village in Mbaukwu.

According to a witness, the man has been consistently battering the wife and step children.

It was further gathered that the man has on one occasion poured fuel on one of her step daughter and ignited it with a match stick.

Speaking with IGBERE TV correspondent in Anambra, a resident of the area said that series of attempts to call the man to order by his immediate family and that of his wife have proven abortive, as the hot tempered and ever furious man is known for violence.

Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun (born 16 July 1990), known professionally as Wizkid (sometimes stylized as WizKid), is a Nigerian singer and songwriter. He began recording music at the age of 11 and managed to release a collaborative album with the Glorious Five, a group he and a couple of his church friends formed. Wizkid signed a record deal with Empire Mates Entertainment (E.M.E) in 2009. He rose to prominence after releasing "Holla at Your Boy", the lead single from his debut studio album Superstar (2011). "Tease Me/Bad Guys", "Don't Dull", "Love My Baby", "Pakurumo" and "Oluwa Lo Ni" were also released as singles from the Superstar album. In February 2014, Wizkid became the first Nigerian musician to have over one million followers on Twitter. Ayo, his self-titled second studio album, was released in September 2014. It was supported by six singles: "Jaiye Jaiye", "On Top Your Matter", "One Question", "Joy", "Bombay" and "Show You the Money". Wizkid left E.M.E after his contract expired.


In 2016, Wizkid achieved international recognition following his collaboration with Drake on the global hit, "One Dance", which reached number one in 15 countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. He signed a multi-album deal with RCA Records in March 2017. His third studio album Sounds from the Other Side was released on 14 July 2017. It serves as his major label debut and was primarily a Caribbean-influenced record. SFTOS was supported by five singles: "Daddy Yo", "Sweet Love", "Come Closer", "African Bad Gyal" and "Naughty Ride". Wizkid became the first Afrobeats artist to appear in the 2018 Guinness World Records for his contribution to "One Dance".




Endorsements

In 2012, Wizkid signed a one-year endorsement deal with Pepsi reportedly worth $350,000 U.S. He travelled to Beirut, Lebanon, with Tiwa Savage for a Pepsi commercial shoot. On 28 May 2013, Premium Times reported that Wizkid had signed a one-year deal with MTN Nigeria. The newspaper also reported that Wizkid's Pepsi contract was renewed for two more years. In November 2013, Wizkid signed an endorsement deal with Guinness for the Guinness World of More concert, held at the Eko Convention Centre of the Eko Hotel and Suites on Victoria Island, Lagos.
In June 2015, Pulse Nigeria reported that Wizkid had ditched MTN and signed a ₦128 million deal with GLO.
